JBD-UP16S010 smart bms is a software protection board solution specifically designed for 16 string battery packs, suitable for lithium cells with different chemical properties, such as lithium ions, lithium polymers, lithium iron phosphate, etc. The bms is suitable for family energy storage, inverter and industrial equipment, and it supports 100A~200A continuous current. By the way, UP16S010 also supports UART, RS485 and CAN Bus communications.
The entire system adopts an O2 analog front-end acquisition chip+MCU, with an external communication port. Some parameters can be flexibly adjusted according to customer needs through the upper computer.

RS485 communication&UART communication
Various information of the battery can be monitored through the upper computer, including battery voltage, current, temperature, status, and battery production information. The default baud rate is 9600bps.
CAN Bus communication
Environment configuration: To install the USBCAN Driver into a computer, it is necessary to first verify the computer operating system, which matches different driver files for 32-bit and 64-bit operating systems. (32-bit operating system matches file suffix 'x86', 64 bit operating system matches file suffix 'x64'). Finally, you can check the port in the device manager of the computer to see if the installation was successful.
Connection method: Insert the USB cable of the communication box into the USB port of the computer, and connect the other end to the corresponding interface of the battery protection board.
Communication format: Select CAN by default for ID_ ID_ 0. The CAN device is selected based on the type of communication box, with a default baud rate of 500K and a default channel selection of 0.
